These Terms and Conditions apply to every website sale between Bedworld NZ Limited and their customers. There will be no variations to these terms and conditions unless explicitly stated in writing by Bedworld NZ Limited.
Our legal business name is Bedworld NZ Limited, and we also trade under this name. ” Bedworld NZ Ltd.” will appear on cardholder statements for any transactions made through this website.
While we endeavour to supply correct information on this website at all times, mistakes, errors or omissions may occur. Bedworld NZ Limited takes no responsibility for any loss or damage, direct or indirect, resulting from the use or application of information contained on this site.
Prices shown on the Bedworld NZ Limited website are listed in New Zealand dollars and are inclusive of GST. We reserve the right to change or alter any prices at any time for any reason.
Bedworld NZ Limited will accept full payment only for any online order. Payment can be made via Direct Payment Services (DPS) with a Visa or Mastercard.
Goods are warranted from defective workmanship and material provided that the goods are unmodified in anyway and are used for the purpose intended by the manufacturer. The warranty covers replacement or repair of the product itself provided that Bedworld NZ Limited is satisfied that the defects were defects in manufacture or in transit.
Warranties will not be extended beyond that of the manufacturer’s warranty period or conditions. The warranty is limited to replacing or repairing any defective goods with the procedure set out in these terms and conditions, provided that Bedworld NZ Limited is satisfied that the defects were defects in manufacture or in transit. NOTE: Items inspected and signed off on at the time of delivery are deemed to be in excellent condition and there are strictly no returns.
Delivery and Delivery Charges
Delivery costs are listed on the website. If you live in a rural area or want to buy multiple items, freight options can be reviewed via email or by giving us a call on 03 377 8887. A Bedworld NZ Limited representative will liaise with you via email or phone within 48 hours with confirmation and a delivery ETA. Freight is calculated on size, but feel free to contact us for a second quote if you are not satisfied.
Product range and availability
All efforts will be made to fulfil any order placed with Bedworld NZ Limited. However, we accept no responsibility should we be unable to supply ordered goods for any reason.
Customers have the right to return any goods deemed faulty or damaged in transit for a replacement. The following conditions apply to returned items:
1- Where goods are being returned due to a fault or damage, they must be in original condition.
2- Where return is due to a fault, the customer must contact Bedworld NZ Limited within 7 days of receiving the product.
3- Damaged items must not be signed for at the time of delivery and must be rejected – a new replacement will be sent as soon as possible.
1- Personal Information: Through conducting its normal business, Bedworld NZ Limited may collect customer information including purchase history, contact and delivery details.
2- This information will remain confidential and will be held securely, and will not be disclosed to any third party.
3- Access to Personal Information: Personal information relating to the customer is available under the Privacy Act 1993, and the customer may request changes to the information held.
